Re-Evolution announces DAO Governance Token
The Re-Evolution team has revealed its exciting plans for a governance token named ‘Meridio’ (taken from the Greek word meaning ‘share’) that will be released alongside the Re-Evolution play-to-earn game. This means that all 5,000 Planet NFT holders will be members of the Re-Evolution Cosmic Parliament, acquiring voting rights for the total management of this innovative project through playing the Re-Evolution game.
The DAO will be able to vote on all aspects of the Re-Evolution project, including, for example, token reward rates, and the level of discounts granted to holders with each new collection, etc. There will be no unvetted sale of the Meridio governance token.
Lead Developer, known as ‘Saturn’ says: ‘The Re-Evolution ethos is all about sharing — not only the financial gains of the project, but also the responsibilities. We believe that our loyal community’s opinion must be considered in respect of how we develop the Re-Evolution mission moving forward. We are delighted to announce this development which ensures that a true DAO is established.
The Re-Evolution team’s identity remains a secret — for now. Head of Business and Finance, known as ‘Titania’, explains “we want to build our following in recognition of the quality and innovation of the Re-Evolution project, rather than because of who we are. As you would expect of any high quality project of this nature, our team has, of course, been fully vetted and KYC-doxxed.” The team has promised to reveal its full identity following completion of the project launch.

Re-Evolution will be donating a proportion of the proceeds to community-nominated charities. This, along with the Meridio governance token, creates a true DAO community for holders to belong to.
